Melissa Smith

Chief Executive Officer

Melissa Smith is the CEO and Founder of The PVA, a firm that matches clients with the right virtual assistants, and the Association of Virtual Assistants. She is also the best-selling author of two books, Hire The Right Virtual Assistant and Become a Successful Virtual Assistant which is an integral part of the College of Western Idaho Administrative Specialist Program curriculum. Additionally, Melissa also mentors for Remote-how Academy, the first global, online education and individual certification program. Drawing from her experience while working on five different continents Melissa truly understands how to operate a successful virtual business.

Kiri Mohan

Chief Operating Officer

Kiri Mohan has been working as an Assistant since she was 15 years old when she landed a part-time summer job. It was the beginning of the end, as Kiri has stayed in the Assistant profession in some form for her entire career. Focusing on C-level executives, Kiri has been an Executive Assistant in the corporate world, as well as supporting C-levels in her role as a Virtual Assistant.

Kiri joined the Association of Virtual Assistants as the COO to help bring a professional standard of excellence to her profession and advocate for Virtual Assistants everywhere.

Mimi Klosterman

Chief Marketing Officer

Mimi Klosterman is a Certified Online Business Manager and the owner of Your Virtual Services.  She specializes in optimizing her clients' business systems in the areas of operations, marketing, sales, metrics, and team management.  Her goal is to have their businesses operating at the highest level of efficiency and productivity.

While working online, Mimi has been homeschooling her eight children and volunteers for the Civil Air Patrol to train cadets to be future leaders in their community, state, and nation.

Tammy Lorette

Chief Officer of Engagement

Tammy Lorette has been in the VA industry since 2002 and she is a proud Virtual Assistant and owner of VA Connection.  Her passion is working with successful women in business ranging from coaches to consultants; supporting women at an executive level by taking care of all of their business and client needs so that they can focus on what they love to do.  

Tammy is also a mentor to Virtual Assistants, the founder and supporter of a Facebook group of 5500+ VAs, the Leader of FemCity Midland and the COE (Chief of Engagement) of the Association of Virtual Assistants.
