For the last two weeks, we welcomed back fan favorites that had previously made it to the top of the list AGAIN! This week we have a newcomer.

Coming in at #3 is: The Top 5 Skills Clients Are Looking For in 2022 Pt. 1

We all want to know what clients want and it makes sense. Knowing what clients want before they ask for it is extremely valuable and sets you apart.

This blog really resonated with so many VAs because it’s something we all need to possess and, more importantly, it’s a skill that we all can possess. Plus, it doesn’t cost a thing!

The AVA is proud to provide VAs with the trusted knowledge they are looking for to build their most successful business.

The Association of Virtual Assistants is sharing the top 5 skills clients are looking for in 2022 in our January blog series!

Founder & CEO of the AVA, Melissa Smith, shared these already with members of the AVA and we are breaking them down for you week by week.

Coming in at #1 is: Communication

This might seem like a given but it’s different because the tables have turned. Virtual assistants  have been complaining about clients who lack communication skills for a very long time. It’s one of the number one complaints regarding VAs and their clients.

Now, on the other side of the table clients have been introduced to so many platforms they have shifted to over communicate. That’s a problem if you don’t know how to manage proper communication.

Here is Melissa’s advice on how to deliver one of the top #5 skills clients want from their VA in 2022!
